Plant sizes

There are four different sizes for a standard BANREC facility, and for every standard facility it is possible to add a powder and de-vulcanization plant.

All standard facilities, whatever the size, can process all types of ELTs from passenger car tyres to very large earth moving tyres.

A powder and de-vulcanization facility uses rubber granulates from a standard BANREC facility, the input capacity is 22,500 tonnes. It is recommended that the powder and de-vulcanization facility only use granulates from truck and larger tyres.
